The hotel has neat rooms complete with a fabulous view of the KL skyline and good facilities, as example. The staff is efficient at all the levels.

The hotel was impressive with courteous staff and an amazing location easy to come here by monorail. Got the same deluxe room with bathtub booked online, really enjoyed that. The venue took care of the exceptional service. I had a really great experience and would stay here again.

We had superior queen room, and it was soundproof with bathtub. The location offered was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice near to Pavillion and great restaurants.

Breakfast is great. The location is perfect. The room is comfortable.
The pool is big but more than half of it is 3m long and people pile up where they stand. It's not very sunny. The smell of the bathroom coming out of the pipe was awful

Impeccable, modern, comfortable, spacious room with an excellent view (Petronas). Friendly staff and breakfast with a lot of variety. Excellent location, it was close to everything.
In general everything OK, as a suggestion could improve the prices of the laundry

In general. Everything! The attention of the perfect staff, the incredible breakfast! Incredible location. All great!!!
Have them close the pool as soon as 7:00 p.m.

I liked everything.
The noise that was heard outside the window, and that had no view. Of course, there were also views of the Petronas, but more expensive ones.

The hotel is nice, and has excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped return my forgotten headphones. I always recommend getting breakfast early to avoid long queues. I'm coming back for my next trip.

It has an excellent location in the center of the city and about 4 blocks from the Twin Towers. The rooms are very good, spacious and clean . The hotel has several restaurants for dinner. The breakfast they serve is very complete and of great quality.
I had a little issue with my luggage delivery when I arrived. The guys who would take them to the room never did, I don't know why, but I had to go down and get them. A minor issue for me at least.

location is excellent, it is a few minutes walk from the Petronas and Menara tower, few blocks from the metro and KL Go bus stops at the door. breakfast is very good too.
The wifi wasn't always good in the room.

Location was in this case excellent. Apart from that I have no comment.
The Key-cards used by Concorde Hotel is of very poor quaity It is annoying when you have to get a new key-card every day.
